Leverage your time and efforts. This is a hard and strange topic to many. There was a generation that always knew they could count on their JOB. I have seen friends and aquaintances get a terrible wake up call. There was a time I was dependent on one job as a School Teacher then a Real Estate Broker and one bad work day a light flickered for me with the above WHAT IF QUESTIONS.
